Sukavit graduated with an LL.B. in 2014 and an LL.M in Business Law (English Program) in 2016 from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He joined Timblick & Partners in 2019 as an associate focusing on corporate, commercial and business contracts, foreign investment, business mergers and acquisition, labour and employment and general commercial matters. Sukavit speaks fluently in Thai and English.
His roles involves providing legal advice upon request of the clients in broad areas of law including drafting commercial contracts, advising on business structure and transactional structure, corporate restructuring, real estate transaction, general corporate compliance, conducting legal research, conducting legal due diligence and preparing documents for transactions, Thai and English translation of legal documents, preparing documents for submission to related government authorities and applying for licenses, permits and certificates.

Corporate and Commercial
- G4S Plc – advising G4S on the restructuring of the G4S group companies in Thailand and drafting relevant legal documents;
- Zilingo Pte. Ltd. – advising on the establishment of Thai entity and regulatory and compliance issues;
- PPD Inc. – advising on the regulatory and compliance issues in respect of its issuance of the restricted stock units to the Thai employees;
- Xylem Water Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. – advising on the establishment of Thai entity and regulatory and compliance issues and registration of the VAT;
- Education International – advising on the forms of business establishment in Thailand;
- Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements including property sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, employment agreements, service agreements and shareholder agreements;
- Conducting legal due diligence on companies as part of the business transactions;
